Made this the other day and without a doubt is the best I have ever had
I love cooking South Indian/ Sri Lankan food I usually roast and grind all the whole spices as a base. However your powder does away with this process and still produces lovely South Indian dishes. I added 2 dried chillies and 2 pieces of pandan leaf to achieve the flavour that I wanted.
Would definitely recommend using
My friend recommended these spices and this was my first attempt. I used chicken (played safe!) and all I can say is WOW ....absolutely amazing. Will be trying the Butter Chicken next and will certainly be buying others. 😋
My daughter uses these products and recommended them. I love coconut, so this was my first go to curry. It came with an easy to follow recipe card. All I can say is WOW! It tasted amazing and made my taste buds dance. If you love coconut, this one's a must
I’ve always wanted to make a fish curry, and buying the Keralan Coconut spice mix seemed the ideal opportunity. Used 500 g of haddock fillet, but decided to add 160 g of king prawns. Curry was so easy to make, and tasted absolutely brilliant!
